16 years of Industrial Marketing and Communication expertise with leading (Indian, German and American) companies such as Hetero Drugs, Siemens VDO, Continental Automotive, Praxair and Rittal gave me the Clarity, Strength and Confidence to start Young Ovation – YO!

YO! Began its journey into career coaching after me being certified as a Gallup Strength Coach and a Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner and a bit of hand holding from India’s premier Technology research centre – IISC on our entrepreneurial journey.

In career coaching we help people build successful, satisfying, contributive careers. Over the last 6 years we have supported over 850+ individuals in their career design, career enhancement and career transition journeys. We have served over 20+ organizations in their Talent Mapping, Self Development, Productivity Enhancement and Career Growth and Planning initiatives.

While working with organizations on people development we naturally migrated to Organization Development Initiatives – addressing the needs of businesses in managing their People, Processes and Business Development related challenges. Today we have served close to 10 organizations – spanning across Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Trading and Healthcare sectors, in their Org Development Initiatives.

By education, am a Chemical Engineer from SIT, Tumkur then did a  Masters in Marketing Management from Christ College, Bangalore and further pursued a post-graduation diploma in Advertising and Brand Management from IIM Trichy.
