YO! s “Know Your Self” Module helps individuals discover their innate talents and build them on to strengths. It’s a multi session, deep coaching intervention using the Gallup Strength Finder as the base tool, coupled with deep inner practices to work on building each talent to strength and turning each limitation into an opportunity to transform and build a newer, better YOU!
